The Home

The screened-in sunporch is the full width of the cabana and overlooks the Sittee River. It is built up on stilts with open storage area below.

The downstairs unit, we call this one creamsicle cabana, has a 4 piece bath (includes a bathtub) as well as a 3 piece bathroom. The 4 piece is off the bedroom and the 3 piece is available for your guests who visit you here. The kitchen contains full cupboards for plenty of storage and there is a decent sized living room.

The really attractive component to this downstairs unit is the sunroom. Fully screened, approximately 100 square feet makes for a great area for online working, morning coffee, evening cocktails or your afternoon siesta.

The upstairs unit, which we call coconut cabana, is a bit smaller than the downstairs unit. But it has a wrap around screened in porch. 2 sets of double mahogany doors open up to allow you to look over the Sittee River from the level of the 2nd floor. The kitchen is very convenient to work in, with gorgeous cabinets. Set up your dinette out on the porch where you will take your meals.

Both buildings are constructed from siding, with the duplex painted in Caribbean orange and yellow and the stand alone cabana has been left in the natural colours.

Utilities
And you can have internet here without constructing a line of sight tower. StarLink works here. The current owners have tested the StarLink system (does not sell with property) and know that it works.

The riverfront rental property is completely on the grid, with town water and locally served electricity. It is .6 of an acre, fenced and has several different types of fruit trees, including mango, and malay apples.
