About Us
Our Pledge
1. We pledge to respond to phone calls and emails within 4 hours during working hours.
2. Our working hours are 9-7 Monday to Friday, 9-3 Saturdays and by appointment on Sundays, Belize time.
3. We pledge to be as transparent as we possibly can be. No sugar coating, no using terminology that is meant to baffle you.
4. We pledge to keep up with the laws of the land on what can and can’t be done with your property.
5. We pledge to show you everything that fits your wish list even if it isn’t our listing or if it’s out of our geographical area.
6. Our geographical areas include San Pedro, Caye Caulker, Hopkins, Placencia Peninsula, Sarteneja, Corozal Town, Dangriga, Punta Gorda.
7. If we aren’t able to show a property in any particular area we will provide the name a trusted agent who will take good care of you. This includes areas that aren’t specifically mentioned in pledge #6.
8. We will always place our clients’ needs ahead of our own. If a property isn’t right for you we will tell you to walk away.
9. We won’t sell you. We will work to find the right property for you, until you decide it’s the one. Not us telling you.
